Hays are proud to support a growing organisation who are looking for a Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be based at their head office on the outskirts of Norwich but offers hybrid working.
Your new role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and wider team, you will assist in planning and delivering content across key marketing channels. This will include creating content and daily management of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube); creating and delivering email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Stripo; writing copy for blogs, catalogue articles, the website and PR activity; sourcing and ordering branded merchandise, and any other ad-hoc marketing requests.
You will also have the opportunity to get involved in other areas of marketing such as video production, exhibitions, SEO, PPC and website development and directly influence the growth of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience within a Marketing or Communications role.
- Working knowledge of email marketing software, e.g. Mailchimp or Stripo.
- Ability to manage and create content for social media channels, e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube
- Proven experience of writing long-form content.
- Positive attitude, keen to get stuck in and support the wider team.
