Customer Service Support

A local company in the farming and agricultural industry is looking for a business support professional to join their Customer Services function for a 12-month period.

Your new role

Your key responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for orders and queries via telephone and email.
  • Process orders through their accounts system.
  • Create delivery notes for the production team.
  • Work closely with the Distribution Supervisor to follow orders through to invoice.
  • Booking in customer visits.
  • Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
