A local company in the farming and agricultural industry is looking for a business support professional to join their Customer Services function for a 12-month period.
Your new role
Your key responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for orders and queries via telephone and email.
- Process orders through their accounts system.
- Create delivery notes for the production team.
- Work closely with the Distribution Supervisor to follow orders through to invoice.
- Booking in customer visits.
- Help with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
