Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with a range of mental health conditions
- Developing and implementing tailored care plans
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for service users
- Monitoring and evaluating patient progress, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Providing emotional support and guidance to both patients and their families
What We're Looking For:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- A genuine passion for mental health and patient care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, empathetic nature with the ability to build trusting relationships with patients
