Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience

With a number of exciting projects on the horizon they are seeking a talented Senior Architectural technician to join their collaborative team in Bristol.
The successful Senior Architectural Technician will have extensive post qualification experience with proficiency in Revit being essential as well as previous experience working on large scale residential projects alongside house builders and developers.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
- Extensive of post-qualification experience
- Degree or HND in Architectural technology
- Proven record of working on residential and mixed-use projects
- Experience working with housing developers
- Strong technical expertise
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience working at senior level
- Excellent understanding of current UK building regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of NDSS
- Attentiveness to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Driven for continuing own professional development
- Work well within a team
- Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Live locally to the Bristol/ North Somerset
