After Sales Manager required. Our client is one of the largest suppliers of mobile crushing and screening equipment in the UK. They are now looking for an After Sales Manager due to the growth of the business
Successful candidates will have experience overseeing a division in a similar sector (agriculture/plant and tool).
**After Sales Manager
Position Overview
- Overseeing all the operational activities
- Continuously improving the quality of products to meet the set standards and customers' requirements
- Managing the performance of the team while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Controlling expenditure and managing capital requirements within a set budget
- Preparing production and performance reports for senior management
- Building effective professional working relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and customers
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive maintenance program
- Maintaining all administrative records
- Maintaining inventory levels and controlling the flow of product
**After Sales Manager
Position Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
Management qualifications advantageous
- Track record of leading teams successfully to meet the organisation's targets
- Strong background in the management and maintenance of heavy plant machinery
- High-level understanding of relevant health and safety regulations
**After Sales Manager
Position Remuneration
- Salary: £46,000
- Working hours: 8-5 Mon-Thurs, 8-4pm Friday Hybrid with site visits
- 20 days + 3 days at Christmas + 8BH
- Pension
