Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Coalville for a Stock Controller to join their team on a Permanent basis.

Stock Controller Job Details & Benefits;

  • £26,000 - £29,000 per annum depending on experience
  • 39.5 hours per week
  • Paid overtime after 39.5 hours
  • Monday to Thursday 7.30am-5.30pm, Friday 7.30am-2pm
  • 33 days holidays including bank holidays plus an additional day on your birthday

Stock Controller Job Duties;

  • Purchasing of spare parts and accessories from factories and suppliers
  • Verifying order confirmations, updating the system and communications expected delivery dates to the relevant departments
  • Accurate receipting of Goods inwards
  • Processing notifications for scrap/damage/credit
  • Complete regular stock counts to ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Monitoring shipments and following up on overdue and urgent deliveries
  • Ensuring stock transfers are processed correctly
  • Assisting other departments with stock related queries
  • Ensuring KPI's for the department are recorded and accurately maintained
  • Completing regular inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks
  • Always comply with H&S policies on site
  • All other associated tasks as required

Stock Controller Person Specification;

  • Computer literate with experience of warehouse management software (ERP & wms systems)
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel and numerical data)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a logical and systematic manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent team player
