Hours: Must be flexible to work shifts between 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday

As a Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for maintenance and repairs projects. You'll work closely with different teams to make sure everything runs on time and resources are used efficiently.
- To provide an effective and professional service to all customers
- Delivering the right outcomes for all callers
- Effective schedule handling and organisation skills
- Taking inbound calls in a timely manner
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving techniques
- Keep up to date with policies and products
- Build growing and sustainable relationships by going the extra mile
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records and systems
