Job Introduction

Female Support Worker
Pay rate: £14 per hour
Shift Pattern: 28 hours across days and nights.

Monday to Friday: Split shifts during term time; day and night shifts available during school holidays.
Weekends: Day and night shifts available year-round.

We have a truly rewarding opportunity to support a vibrant individual living in their family home in Tickhill, Doncaster. This person experiences complex clinical needs, severe learning disabilities, and complex epilepsy — but that's only one part of their story.

What truly defines them is their love of sensory lights, audiobooks, and engaging with the world in meaningful ways.

We're looking for someone who is local to Tickhill and holds a full UK driving licence, due to the location of this role.

You'll play a key role in creating enriching daily experiences and meaningful moments. Your empathy, patience, and creativity will help this person live a life filled with connection, comfort, and joy.

Experience in complex care and supporting people with epilepsy is helpful — but just as important is your ability to see the person first, and bring a kind, consistent presence to their everyday life.
