This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced sales progressor or experienced conveyancing administrator seeking a move into Estate Agency in this office-based role in Shropshire with salary in the region of £25,000
This is an exciting and important role managing the sales process through from the sale agreed stage to completion.
Duties will involve:
- Communicate with buyer, seller and solicitors on a regular basis to ensure that all buyers and sellers are kept up-to-date and that issues preventing progression are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Proactively ensure that, from the point that the sales is agreed, that the sales process is a smooth and efficient as possible.
- Prevent, wherever possible, sales from falling through.
- Ensure that all stakeholders feel confident that the sales process is being managed proactively and competently.
- Ensuring that all legal requirements are complied with through the selling process.
The candidate they are looking for will need:
- Excellent people skills including an ability to mediate and negotiate
- Good ICT skills (particularly in Word)
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent organisational and time-keeping skills
- Excellent spoken (including telephone) and written communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Proven administrative experience
- Mediation experience
- Previous experience of sales progression in Estate Agency or new Homes(desired not essential).
- Previous experience of working in residential conveyancing (desired not essential).
- GCSE grade C (4)or above in English and maths
This role will be based in their busy office and will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and occasional Saturday morning cover when required.
