A west London based firm is looking for a passionate Conveyancing Paralegal to assist its Property Department with both residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
You will have the opportunity to join a hugely successful and client centric practice with a very strong property department that works on lots of good quality work with properties valued in the millions.
Your role will include:
- Submitting SDLT forms
- Land Registry applications
- Processing property searches
- Liaising with clients, colleagues and estate agents
The successful candidate will have:
- 1 year + of experience as a Property Paralegal
- Exposure to residential conveyancing matters and some commercial property
- An interest in client care and satisfaction
- Good communication skills
This is an expansion role not a replacement hire, so expect a fresh workload!
