Credit Controller

Our Client is looking for an Administrator/Credit Control to join their dedicated team.

This role will involve supporting a busy office in general administration and managing the credit control for the company. Working Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 (37.5) hours per week.

Duties of the role:

  • Answering telephone calls and directing them to the required person/department.
  • Meet deadlines and follow up on open enquires.
  • Putting together and sending out quotations for work.
  • Collect and issue Invoices.
  • Reducing current outstanding debtors balance.
  • Monitor and report on aged debtors reports weekly or as required.
  • File and organise paperwork.
  • Chase payment using the telephone, email and mail.
  • Greet any visitors coming to the office.
  • Respond to any queries and issues raised via email.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Reconcile problem accounts.
  • Work to maintain customer relations.

You must:ylesbury

  • Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be organised and efficient.
  • Have experience working with others and supporting a team.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work to deadlines.
  • Display strong attention to detail.
  • Be computer literate and have a good understanding of numeracy.
  • Have experience using Sage ideally
  • Have a UK Drivers licence and access to your own transport due to the location.

Based in a village outside of Bicester this role offers a salary up to £30,000 pa depending on experience, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays plus the Xmas shut down.
