We are looking for experienced and reliable customer service officer. This role will may involve business travel around the county.

The position of this role involves:

- Ability to work collaboratively with others and build strong relationships to achieve objectives
- Good written and oral communication skills
- High level administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and work using your own initiative
- An analytical and methodical approach to information gathering, recording and reporting
- Experience with designing and updating Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint documents to a high standard
