Audio Typist/Secretary

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

We are looking for a skilled Audio Typist/Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 weeks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in audio typing and be adept at managing a variety of secretarial and PA duties. This role is based in Ipswich and offers free parking for all employees.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Answering phone calls and handling queries in a professional manner.
  • Printing, filing, and organising documents efficiently.
  • Typing up dictations accurately and promptly.
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Performing PA duties and providing administrative support as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in audio typing is essential.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Experience in diary management and performing PA duties.
