Audio Typist/Secretary

We are looking for a skilled Audio Typist/Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 weeks. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in audio typing and be adept at managing a variety of secretarial and PA duties. This role is based in Ipswich and offers free parking for all employees.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Answering phone calls and handling queries in a professional manner.
- Printing, filing, and organising documents efficiently.
- Typing up dictations accurately and promptly.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Performing PA duties and providing administrative support as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in audio typing is essential.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and equipment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Experience in diary management and performing PA duties.
