Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Salary: £26K + bonus
Shift work:
Operating hours - Mon/Fri 8-8, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-5
3 shift patterns which will rotate
Sat / Sun shifts are additional pay on top of base salary
About the Customer Support Executive
My client is an established Fintech Player who operate across the financial services landscape. They provide an exclusive payment platform to UK Merchants, Banks & Lenders to allow them to offer flexible payment options to their customers.
They have signed up a Tier 1 Bank which has doubled revenue of the company - this partnership is hugely important for the company & now they are building a customer support team dedicated to this partnership
We are now looking for Client support specialist to represent the brand & offer a brilliant level of customer service
As the Customer Support Executive your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Handle all the incoming queries via the Aircall and Zenndesk platform - You will look at a mixture of emails, live chat & phone calls
- Deal with a variety of general queries from customers inc refunds, claims, technical incidents
- Work internally with teams to ensure all errors / issues don't keep occurring for customers
- Support partners with questions & queries
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Customer Support Executive is:
- Previous background in customer support - ideally prior experience using Zenndesk / Aircall / G-Suite / Hubspot
- Financial services experience / knowledge
- Clear communicator & enjoy resolving customer questions
- Professional attitude via phone and written word
