About the Role:
As an
Senior Sales Manager
, you'll play a critical role in leading your team to success. You will:
Expand Market Share:
Drive growth to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.
Build Relationships:
Develop exceptional working relationships with clients, securing repeat business and recommendations.
Maximise Profitability:
Achieve all financial targets and branch profit goals.
Lead the Team:
Conduct regular 1:1s, reviews, and morning meetings to inspire and manage performance effectively.
