Our client, a market-leading supplier in Colchester are looking to hire a HR Assistant on a part time basis to expand their team. You will be responsible for general HR and the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
Part time working hours; 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff onboarding processes, including right-to-work checks and DBS applications
- Collect and prepare payroll data for processing
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees
- Support staff wellbeing activities
- Organise and document disciplinary meetings
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in HR systems and payroll software.
- Strong experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
