We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Civil Drainage Squad to join our growing team in Perth!

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for three qualified Civil Drainage Squad members to join our flexible team. You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of drainage systems across a variety of civil construction projects in the Perth metro area.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of pipes, culverts, and drainage structures as per construction plans and specifications.

Setting out levels and ensuring accurate placement of drainage components.

Performing trenching, back filling, and compaction works to industry standards.

Maintaining a clean and safe work site environment.

Contributing to the overall success of the drainage team by working collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 2 year's experience working in a civil construction environment, specifically with drainage installation.

Proven experience in operating various drainage equipment, such as excavators, bobcats, and compaction equipment (tickets a plus).

Strong understanding of drainage principles and storm water management practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team.

A commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace health and safety regulations.

White Card (Construction Induction Card) and a current WA Driver's License are essential.

Certificates in confined space entry, working at heights, and plant operation (e.g., excavator, bobcat) are highly regarded.
