Account Manager, Resourcer, Delivery Consultant.
Call yourself what you like, but essentially this is a " 180 " role, where you'll be managing & nurturing client relationships and working & filling jobs.
There is no cold business development - this is taken care of and jobs & clients are fed to you.
We've won more customers in the past 5 months than we have done in the past 3 years.

More importantly - people can now play to their strengths, rather than spread themselves too thinly trying to sell, deliver, account manage, spin plates and herd cats all at the same time.
So what does this role look like then?
Your role as a Delivery Consultant is to work with existing customers. You'll be "account managing" them, engaging with them throughout the recruitment process, working all jobs and managing the entire end-to-end delivery lifecycle.
There is a dedicated sales team that is out there winning new business. They'll supply you with clients and jobs to help you do your job.
In fact, there's a warm desk for you to start working jobs and making money immediately.
The team now work so closely together - Sales support delivery. Delivery support sales.
So what will you need to be a success in this role?
A passion for recruitment. A winning mentality. A desire to help people.
They're all cliches, but you'll be 100% delivery and account management focused and will be living and breathing everything related to the recruitment process.
The more business you fill, the more commission you'll make as you stack more and more business in with our tiered commission scheme.
You'll have a background in recruitment and proven experience in an account management/delivery position.
Have experience in the IT industry? Great! That'll give you an even better platform for quicker success. But, if not - then no problem, as we can help teach that.

Basic salary - £25,000 - £30,000 depending upon background and experience. Expected first year OTE will be around £35,000 - £40,000.
