Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Role Purpose:
This role is to support the Junior Business Analyst responsible for making sure the team operates effectively on a day-to-day basis. The role holder will work in close cooperation with XVA&CCR Capital Analytics and multiple cross function teams.
Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a trusted partner to the Global Head of XVA&CCR Capital Analytics through the timely provision of insightful analysis.
- Help manage the day-to-day agenda of Global Head of XVA&CCR Capital Analytics.
- Be able to collect and analyse large amount of data and produce meaningful reports including data visualization.
- Analysis, challenge and presentation of key business indicators across products and markets providing a transparent understanding of XVA/CCR model landscape.
- Significant ad hoc partnering with key stakeholders.
- Support workforce management activities and growth agenda.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- Previous working experience of working in a matrix organizational structure with global stakeholders.
- Open personality and effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with proven ability to priorities competing tasks.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment.
