Your new role and responsibilities: ** Plan, prepare and deliver lessons to the SEN curriculum standards.
- * Provide high quality teaching that will enable pupils to make progress not just academically, but socially and emotionally.
- * Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs.
- * Support and guide children to ensure that they feel valued and safe at all times.
- * Safeguarding children.
- * Liaise with SLT and parent's/ guardians regarding pupils progress and any concerns that may arise.
- * Ensure children are motivated and having fun during their lessons.
- * Adapt delivery of lessons to pupils needs.
