CNC Turner / Near Didcot / Up to £55,000 per annum

CNC Turner Responsibilities
- Set and operate Doosan CNC mill-turn lathes, particularly with Fanuc controls.
- Manufacture components with precision, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Program CNC machines manually, conversationally, and offline using CAM software
- Inspect your own work, performing visual and documented checks to ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production processes and meet business goals.
CNC Turner Experience
- Strong knowledge of setting and operating CNC mill-turn lathes, with experience using Fanuc controls.
- Ability to program CNC machines both manually and offline using CAM software; Fusion 360 experience is a plus.
- Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a precision engineering environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to producing quality work.
- Positive attitude towards continuous improvement and team collaboration.
