Key Responsibilities:
- Diary & Inbox Management: Schedule meetings, manage emails, and the Chairman informed.
- Meeting coordination: booking rooms, preparing documents, and managing attendee lists.
- Executive Support: prepare reports, presentations, and conduct research.
- Filing systems: maintain confidential files.
- Team meetings: arrange meetings, manage materials, take minutes and follow-up actions.
- Travel arrangements: book flights and hotels.
- Liaison role: act as a liaison between groups under the Chairman's responsibility.
- Ad hoc requests: handle personal requests.
- Social Media strategy: advantageous if interested in developing social media strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as a PA or EA, ideally supported at C-suite level
- Have strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
- To be able to manage and work with a variety of people
- Flexible and adaptable, ability to have patience when agendas or plans change
