This organisation is seeking a

Global

Change Lead, Group Reporting

who is a senior practitioner in Change Management and has excellent functional and leadership capabilities to optimally deliver this Business Transformation Programme in the organisations fast-paced environment. They will have a strong grasp of change programmes enabled by SAP and business capabilities, creating the bridge between business capability today and the change effort required to reach the business goals in the S4 SAP environment.

This role will lead the Group Reporting Change tower, working with all functions to define the Change Management approach & rollout of the Business Transformation solution. Partnering closely with the Project Manager, Business Lead and external consultant BI(s)/SI(s) to execute against this approach, delivering a successful global Business Transformation.

The role will lead a change, comms and training team of 4 employees and oversee partner resource of c. 5 FTEs.

  • Owns the Change plan and leadership of all activities related to the Group Reporting Change team
  • Responsible for Group Reporting Change deliverables globally; point of escalation for risks and issues related to Change
  • Co-ordinates development of the overall change management strategy, approach and plan, in partnership with partner team.
  • Manages Change resourcing and planning across the Group Reporting transformation journey
  • Work with senior stakeholders from across the programme, and the wider business to develop and co-ordinate the overall Change plan
  • Part of the extended Voyager Global Change Leadership team, partners to integrate Group Reporting with other Voyager waves / go lives

Skills

  • 10-12+ years' experience of management of change functions or experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
  • Build and maintain value driving relationships across the programme, functions and regions that support the business transformation programme.
  • Supports integration efforts across programme waves & workstreams
  • Having a thorough understanding of the business strategy, organisational issues and challenges
