Sales Administrator
We have a rare opportunity for a first-class Administrator who has experience of working within a sales and customer service environment, to join a global manufacturer in a full-time permanent role of 37 hours per week, with an early finish on a Friday.
Salary is £24-27,000 per annum, dependent upon experience, with benefits to include:

You will join an established team and support in providing first class customer service in a varied and fast-paced role that requires someone who is flexible and adaptable. This is an extremely process driven role, where you will be completing the end-to-end process from quote through to shipping.
Previous experience within a manufacturing setting would be ideal. It is also essential that you are a confident user of MS Excel.
Your duties will include:
- Handling multi-channel enquiries
- Updating the company CRM system to log and manage customer interactions
- Responding to quote requests and generating quotes
- Creating accounts, purchase orders and contract records
- The expedition of orders, including shipping & customs
Experience, skills & knowledge required to be successful in the role:
- Minimum of 3 years customer service background, to include solid administration
- Able to meet deadlines, be organised and able to follow processes
- MS Office skills, along with data entry and CRM exposure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Team player
