Our prestigious client, a dedicated Family Law Firm, is on the lookout for a seasoned Family Solicitor to become part of their dynamic team. In this pivotal role within the family law department, you will manage a variety of family law cases, encompassing divorce, separation, financial settlements, and matters concerning children. There is an opportunity for career advancement to Head of Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a comprehensive array of family law cases, which includes drafting, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents.
- Collaborate with various professionals, such as psychologists, healthcare providers, social workers, and law enforcement.
- Analyse and assess evidence to effectively support client interests.
- Navigate emotionally charged situations with professionalism and empathy.
Essential Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in family law.
- Exceptional client service abilities.
- Capability to manage an independent caseload with team support.
- Strong business acumen along with knowledge of financial targets and business development.
- Proficient and articulate communication skills.
