Payroll Coordinator

Our client, an industry leader in providing sustainable solutions for paper and packaging manufacturing, as well as for waste management and recovery are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join the team at their Manchester office.

Job Responsibilities:

- Day to day processing of the company payroll while maintaining thorough & efficient record keeping

  • Accurately calculate payments & deductions
  • A good knowledge of RTI submission & auto enrolment legislation
  • Liaising with People Team and the Finance division to ensure payroll is managed effectively
  • Acting as point of contact for queries
  • Ad hoc reporting Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications: - Excellent organisational & analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good numerical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • SAP & Workday experience would be desirable but not essential
  • Self-motivated and is able to work independently
