A boutique venture capital firm is looking for an EA to support their CEO for a 9-12 month maternity cover, starting from end of August/beginning of September.
They are based in the heart of the West End and the role is based in the office full-time but there may be flexibility down the line for hybrid working when the CEO is travelling. Salary is ideally £45k per annum.
They're a very friendly team and you will work closely with the EA/Office Manager and Junior PA.
Who you are:
- Previous experience as an EA
- Strong emotional intelligence
- Remain calm under pressure
- Proactive and discrete
- Ideally previous experience in financial services
What you'll do:
- Inbox and diary management
- Book travel, restaurants and accommodation
- Bit of personal support, e.g. booking doctor appointments
- Cover other EA/PAs when off
