Lettings Negotiator - Leamington Spa - up to £24k basic £30K Package
My client is a leading independent Lettings and Estate Agency brand have been established in the area for many years. A modern and proactive brand who believe in providing their staff with a great work environment and on-going career progression. They are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with local area knowledge to join their team in Leamington Spa.
Lettings Negotiator Main Duties:
- Arranging viewings and converting enquiries into appointments
- Qualifying and managing a database of new and existing applicants
- Booking and attending viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Reporting viewing feedback to landlords
- Processing applications
- Carrying out regular Landlord updates
- Ensure all properties are compliant
- Report any maintenance issues to the Property Management team
- Prepare Tenancy Agreements
- Registering of deposits
- Assisting with business generation and marketing
Key Skills required:
- Lettings experience required
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Results driven
- Team player
- Full UK driving licence and car
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural sales ability
- Self-motivated and organised
- Desire to succeed
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota 9.30am - 3pm with day off in lieu
