Are you an experienced HR Administrator, well organised, confident with computers and great with people? Fairhive are looking for an experienced HR Administration team member to join our busy and friendly team on a Fixed Term Contract until 31.3.2025!

Fairhive is a non-profit affordable housing provider with ambition. We already provide affordable housing to more than 20,000 people in our community but we want to do more. That's why we are striving to provide 1,000 additional homes by 2025.

As an HR administrator at Fairhive you can expect a varied workload and to be a valued member of our team, providing administrative support, essential to the smooth running of the business.

About the Role

We are looking for an organised HR administrator with good attention to detail and the ability to multi-task to provide essential administrative support to the HR team.

You will be working closely with our HR BP's and Advisor to assist our managers and employees in a whole range of HR matters whilst our current HR Administrator undertakes internal project work.

On the Job you will:·

  • Provide daily support to the HR team, undertaking administrative duties and resolving routine enquiries
  • Support managers in recruitment campaigns, posting adverts, arranging interviews and clearing new starters
  • Input and maintain accurate data in our HR system
  • Work across the whole business to provide an efficient and inclusive HR service.

About You

We're looking for someone who can take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and who enjoys working with a diverse range of people. You will understand the importance of delivering an efficient and effective service to colleagues and customers, whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times.

For this role you will need:

  • Experience of providing administrative support in an HR environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with people at all levels

You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

  • strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • the ability to work as a part of a team,
  • good time management skills
  • high level of personal integrity and credibility
