Accounts Assistant- Part time

We are working with a city centre property company who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time, temp to perm basis. Lending your skills to everything from invoicing to purchase orders, this will be a job share role which requires a level-headed, adaptable, and passionate individual, working 15 hours a week in this office-based role, the successful candidate will be involved in;

  • Managing and requesting purchase orders from clients
  • Keeping the in-house system up to date with purchase order details
  • Processing payments and maintaining records on Excel
  • Raising invoices with precision using Xero

This is a great temp to perm opportunity, hours can be flexible, either over 2 full days or 3 shorter days, the successful candidate will have;

  • Minimum of 2-5 years Accounts Assistant experience
  • Proven expertise in Xero and Excel
  • A sharp eye for detail, with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships
