They are offering a base salary up to £23,000
My client is looking for a highly organised, hardworking Sales Administrator/Credit Controller to join our Finance team, and as Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely payment from customers, resolving payment issues, and minimising bad debt.
Responsibilities -Sales Administration:
- Log and action customer web, email and telephone orders
- Raise orders and dispatch notes in an accurate and timely manner
- Take credit card payments as required
- Check stock and advise customers of dispatch dates
- Assist in arranging shipments
- Ensure technical product queries are logged and distributed to technical colleagues
Responsibilities - Credit Control:
- Contacting customers to chase payment, including non payment staging letters
- Prepare Reports & KPI's on outstanding debts, aging analysis and debtor performance.
- Maintain debtor register and update finance managers on debt status
- Promote the company in a professional manner
- Identify potential debtor issues and escalate to management
- Maintain positive relationships with customers Key Skills:
- Previous experience working in similar role
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- Strong customer focus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and Finance systems
