The Role

Do you have a Proven track record in Electrical Engineering, particularly in Electrical Assembly and/or Maintenance & Automation? Do you have 6 years Electrical Engineering experience? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

As an Electrical Engineer at Angus Training Group, you will manage, develop, and assist learners in acquiring the relevant hand skills and underpinning knowledge towards the successful completion of Electrical Engineering Training and achievement of relevant SVQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and construct training programmes for apprentices using PowerPoint presentations.
  • Demonstrate required hand skills in key areas of electrical engineering.
  • Keep records and reports of trainee progress.
  • Maintain the currency of the Electrical department.

The Person

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Electrical Engineering vocational qualification.
  • Electrical Engineering H.N.C. or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in Electrical Engineering, particularly in Electrical Assembly and/or Maintenance & Automation.
  • Understanding of key areas such as Programmable Logic Circuits, Electrical Control systems, Automation, and current Electrical wiring practices.
