Your new role:
- To support the contract's and General Manager.
- Manage and supervise a team of 6 engineers.
- Provide contract, schedule, and administration support for the wider team.
- Support in business functions.
- Be able to support with any escalated concerns from the customer support team.
- Run reports and manage and support database entries.
- Deal with daily enquiries.
What you'll need to succeed *Proven experience as a supervisor.
- Technical background.
- Knowledge of engineering or mechanical support.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Knowledge of multi-system data entry, analysis, and data compiling.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Be able to complete work on time and to deadlines.
