Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Conferences and Events Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events and conferences globally. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every event is a success. This role will require international travel for conferences in Europe and the US, so willingness to travel is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of conferences and events, including logistics, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is realized.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events.
  • Handle attendee registration and provide on-site support.
  • Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
