On behalf of our clients we are seeking a dynamic and experienced residential and conveyancer to join the growing team at their Whickham office Newcastle on Tyne.
Full-time and part-time employment considered.
Salary is dependent on experience and hours worked.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of conveyancing transactions, including but not limited to, freehold/leasehold purchases, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new build developments.
The successful individual will have at least one year of experience in conveyancing and will demonstrate acute attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and will be able to advise and negotiate effectively.
