JOB – Commissioning Engineer
LOCATION – Suffolk
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – circa £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
A UK based manufacturing company are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Commissioning Engineer
will ideally have the following attributes:
- HND/HNC or equivalent electrical engineering qualification or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' commissioning experience of electrical equipment.
- Good experience of programming PLC's and knowledge of servos & other motor drives.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- Lead the commissioning activities for electrical systems & various projects.
- Installation upgrades for existing equipment & machinery
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
- Working closely with other departments to provide updates & ensure work is to the highest standard.
