About the Completions Officer / Case Manager Role
As a Completions Officer, you will be responsible for managing the loan completion process, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with industry regulations. You'll be coordinating with solicitors, brokers, valuers, and internal teams to push deals through to completion.

**Completions Officer / Case ManagerKey Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end loan completion process.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders (solicitors, brokers, valuers) to resolve any issues and ensure smooth loan progression.
  • Review and verify legal documentation and address any discrepancies.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams and keep accurate loan progress records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of communication throughout the process.

  • Salary: £40,000 per annum.
