3 Month Fixed Term Contract Compliance Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Coordinator to coordinate and manage the delivery of compliance services, including Energy Performance Certificates, Display Energy Certificates, and Air Conditioning Inspections (TM44s) through subcontractors. This role is office-based and requires a professional with excellent coordination and communication skills.
Day to Day of the role:
- Coordinate quoting for compliance services and act as the interface between clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
- Manage the delivery of compliance services, including arranging site visits, coordinating schedules, and monitoring the timely delivery and quality of certificates.
- Provide regular updates to consultants and management on delivery schedules and quotations, including updating server folders related to the jobs.
- Carry out a range of office administration duties, ensuring all invoicing is completed promptly.
- Maintain relevant files and folders on the server with high attention to detail.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in an office environment, preferably in a role that involves coordination and management of multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with a high standard of written English and comfort in conversing with senior figures.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in business packages such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and respond rapidly to clients' needs.
- Knowledge of the energy efficiency compliance sector is advantageous.
- High professional standards, excellent organisation skills, and a well-presented appearance.
