SPANISH TEACHER (Modern Foreign Language Teacher)

FULL TIME, SEPT - LONG TERM
£130 – £211 PER DAY
Vida Education are currently working with a large Blackpool secondary school who are recruiting a Spanish Teacher (Modern Foreign Language Teacher) for a long term cover role starting in September 2024.
The school are looking for a language specialist who can ideally cover Spanish, it might also be that there is some French on the timetable. The cover will involve both KS3 and KS4 classes and responsibilities will be that of a full time teacher; planning, marking, meetings and delivering of work.
As a SPANISH TEACHER (Modern Foreign Language Teacher) you will be required to;
- Plan and deliver engaging MFL lessons aligned with the UK Curriculum
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
The ideal candidate will;
- Have strong knowledge and understanding of the Spanish/French (MFL) curriculum
- Have excellent classroom management skills
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience teaching Spanish up to KS4
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
