Your Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and contributing ideas and collateral for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Creating content for social media to include TikTok, Instagram and Facebook amongst other platforms.
  • Transforming written collateral into intriguing webpages in a way that will generate results, engagement and retention for customers and will enhance the customer journey.
  • Optimising targeted marketing messages by pioneering a data driven method to result in test and learn plans.
  • Overseeing Google Ads and Analytics as well as additional affiliate networks.
  • Reviewing campaign analytics from current and historical campaigns in order to identify ways of improvement for engagement and retention.
  • Producing reports on analysis created by HubSpot in order to track the success of the marketing campaigns in order for these to be presented to stakeholders.
  • Utilising the systems and software of the company to extract and use data that can be applied to email campaigns.
  • Working closely with the sales team on optimising customer journeys with the business, as well as generating leads to pursue.
  • Working on strategies with the aim of reengaging with potential customers that are not currently active.
  • Providing ad hoc support on community communications.

What you will need to Apply:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic marketer, with several years of experience in a marketing role, with specific exposure to digital channels, including social media, analytics and email marketing. The company also expects applicants to possess a marketing qualification too. It would be highly desired for applicants to also have industry experience within the education sector, as well as demonstratable knowledge of both HubSpot and Google Analytics. Applicants should be confident and keen communicators, especially in written form and be able to produce engaging and attractive marketing content for various channels.

What you will get in Return:

For the successful candidate a starting salary in the region of £30,000 will be on offer, which of course will depend somewhat on previous experience, relevant skills and knowledge, as well as the possession of any marketing qualifications. To accompany this monetary package, there will also be a peripheral offering of a fair holiday allocation, the potential for additional earnings depending on personal and company performance, as well as access to range of other attractive rewards and incentives.
