Key Responsibilities:
Provide support across KS1 year groups, assisting with both small group and 1-1 interventions.
Foster an inclusive and engaging classroom atmosphere.
Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver effective learning experiences.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
Ensure the wellbeing and safety of all students.
Requirements:
Ideally hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Enhanced DBS on the update service is essential.
Experience working with KS1 students is preferred.
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting children's learning.
