Location: Manchester Esure Office - hybrid working with only 1 day in the office every 2 weeks
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (1 unpaid hour for lunch)

About the Role:

Are you a proactive and efficient professional with a knack for managing litigated Infant Approval files? Join our dynamic team to handle quantum cases with precision and care. You'll be responsible for setting reserves, strategizing on new instructions, and managing all technical aspects of the files, including drafting court documents. Occasionally, you'll also assist the Paralegal with diarising court orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Management: Review, report, and set reserves and strategies on new instructions.
  • Technical Expertise: Identify and handle technical issues, value general and special damages, and set negotiation parameters.
  • Documentation: File AoS and update reserves upon receipt of evidence.
  • Performance: Meet agreed performance targets and adhere to Client Guidelines.
  • Compliance: Ensure files comply with ISO 9001 guidelines and SRA Standards & Regulations.
  • Support: Assist with diarising court documents and adhere to Keoghs Values.
