We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Analyst to join a growing business based in Eye. In this role, you will work on maintaining and optimising ERP systems, delivering first-line support, and providing key business insights through process automation, system integration, and reporting.
This is a hybrid role, offering some flexiblity for working from home and the office in Eye.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP system users.
- Develop and maintain key reports, KPIs, and dashboards.
- Assist in business projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Support system changes and business process improvements.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing business processes.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Any knowledge of Python, C#, and MS SQL hugely beneficial
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
