As an HR Manager, you will be required to:
- Establish and develop a full HR function, including recruitment and onboarding
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and performance management
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and health & safety initiatives
Candidate:
- Degree in HR or related field (CIPD preferred)
- 5+ years of HR management experience
- Proven experience in setting up HR functions
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and excellent communication skills
