some 3rd Line

What You'll Do:

  • Provide seamless and customer-focused technical support across Windows and Mac OS platforms.
  • Demonstrate your expertise in Azure AD and Office 365, ensuring their systems are robust and efficient.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Exchange and Windows Servers, physical hardware, A/V equipment, printers, and laptops.
  • Utilise your networking knowledge, including DNS and DHCP, to maintain and optimise their network infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with a team of four dedicated engineers, reporting to the head of the department and ensuring all documentation is up to date.

What They're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer in cross-platform support for Windows and Mac OS.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Azure AD and Office 365.
  • Strong background in Exchange and Windows Server troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience supporting physical hardware, including A/V equipment and printers.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, particularly DNS and DHCP.
