What You'll Do:
- Provide seamless and customer-focused technical support across Windows and Mac OS platforms.
- Demonstrate your expertise in Azure AD and Office 365, ensuring their systems are robust and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Exchange and Windows Servers, physical hardware, A/V equipment, printers, and laptops.
- Utilise your networking knowledge, including DNS and DHCP, to maintain and optimise their network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with a team of four dedicated engineers, reporting to the head of the department and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer in cross-platform support for Windows and Mac OS.
- Demonstrated expertise with Azure AD and Office 365.
- Strong background in Exchange and Windows Server troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience supporting physical hardware, including A/V equipment and printers.
- Solid understanding of networking principles, particularly DNS and DHCP.
