Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer passionate about industrial engineering/manufacturing?
This well-established engineering design manufacturer seeks continued mechanical design support for various industrial systems and equipment. You'll join part of a team of engineers working on similar activities where your ideas can be bounced around.
The company is a leader in heavy lifting and handling equipment supporting high-volume production for the rail industry. They work closely with clients to meet their demands and produce high-quality equipment through design and manufacture. Due to continued success, they are looking to expand the team.
The role will involve mechanical activities and the design of industrial equipment using relevant 2D/3D CAD software, support documentation, maintaining existing drawings and working with department leads on projects. You will need a good understanding of engineering techniques and be prepared to discuss technical details with clients.

The Role:
- Mechanical Design Engineer
- Design and develop mechanical equipment new and existing.
- Create detailed technical documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers to bring concepts to market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Creo, SolidWorks, Autodesk)
- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Industrial Equipment and Design
