DSV are recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator at Raunds, Puma contract.

Key requirements
- Meet customer requirements for the safe and efficient transport of their cargo effectively and in accordance with company operational procedures and statutory requirements including Health & Safety to the satisfaction of clients and the profit of the company.
- Communicate effectively in a professional manner with customers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled in line with their booking instructions.
- Liaise with other DSV/Agents offices in the UK and abroad, reporting any discrepancies or specific requirements
- Prepare correct documentation to the operation and transport companies for the loading and offloading of vehicles
- General Administrative duties
- Liaising with the warehouse to ensure all picking / packing requirements are met
- To ensure all compliance is followed and met through each process
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills and effective time management
- Commercial awareness
- Attention to detail
- IT Literate in Microsoft Office – Outlook and Excel especially
- Problem solving
- Ideally 2-3 years recent relevant industry experience in a similar role
- Professional and resilient
- Responsible and decisive
