£21,000-£ 25000 (OTE 30k+) + Shift (06.00-18.00) + Premium Overtime + Specialist Industrial Training + Company Pension.

Reporting to your designated shift supervisor and Paint management staff, you as part of a small team will be responsible for the planned essential maintenance cleaning of the Paint Plant and surrounding areas. The plant consists of 5 robotic paint cells that have their requirements. Tasks are varied from deep cleaning Wet areas and dry areas of the plant to which will be communicated and signed off after completion.

Job Description:
As an Industrial Cleaner, you will be responsible for:
- Removing paint from industrial equipment, machinery, and surfaces using specialized cleaning agents and equipment.
- Applying appropriate cleaning solutions and techniques to ensure efficient and thorough paint removal.
- Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Maintaining and cleaning all tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Keeping accurate records of cleaning processes and results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an industrial cleaner or similar role.
- Familiarity with various cleaning agents and techniques for paint removal.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
