Job Title: Sales Administrator
Salary: £24,000-£25,000
Location: Hertford Office, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, Thursday & Friday 9:30pm-6:00pm. (One Saturday per month but the day is given back in Lieu)

Requirements:
- Must have been travelling
- Administration experience is desirable
- Strong communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Support the management and sales teams in achieving targets
- Manage and distribute all sales enquiries to staff
- Manage an absent consultants sales desk and all correspondence with clients
- Check booking confirmations & monitor accuracy
- Monitor standards of administration on bookings
- Assist with the training of new staff
- Quality control the general administration work of the teams
- Assist the Sales Manager with weekly / monthly tasks & reports
- Liaise with internal departments & external suppliers
