Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join one of our amazing nurseries in Ilkley. This position is Mon to Thursday for part of the day, starting in September.
About the Role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for young children. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Working collaboratively with the nursery team to ensure high-quality care.
- Adhering to early years education guidelines and safeguarding procedures.
About You:
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner with a Level 3 qualification or above. You should have a genuine passion for working with young children and a strong understanding of child development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
